We allow our cattle to grow slowly so each cut develops a unique flavor profile. From rich, buttery steaks, to meaty ribs, all our beef is dry aged 30 days, enhancing its tenderness and flavor.
Texas Craft Wagyu is available only in small batches and offered exclusively in the Dallas area.
We offer the Dallas area the rich flavors of properly raised Wagyu, the same Japanese breed that becomes Kobe beef and A5 Wagyu. Unlike typical "Texas Wagyu", which is often an Angus cross finished in a feedlot, Texas Craft Wagyu uses Japanese Wagyu genetics and a hybrid feed program combining pasture raised principles with grain finishing.
