All our beef is dry aged for at least 30 days, enhancing its remarkable tenderness and flavor.

Build your own bundle from Ribeye, New York Strip, Filet Mignon and Top Sirloin.

Filet Mignons are 2 inches thick and sold as bundles of 2 or 3 steaks.

The Ribeyes, NY Strips and Top Sirloins are 1.5 inches thick and sold per-steak.
